My name is Nurse T, and I am a Registered Nurse with 14 years of experience in healthcare. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in rehabilitation, pediatric care, hospice care, and more. I understand the hardships and my passion for helping others inspired me to establish Nurse T Mentor.

We provide customized home support to empower your independence and well-being. Assist with getting you to and from your appointments, errands, or any other travel you may need. Provide caring companionship and entertainment to make your day fun and fulfilling.
Home Aid
Supporting daily activities to foster independence and comfort. Assistance with medication organization and reminders. Moderate housekeeping and cleaning such as washing/drying and folding laundry, washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, prepping meals, and cooking meals. Assistance with hygiene such as toileting, bathing, makeup, and hair upkeep. We also provide live in caregivers if assistance is needed overnight.
